“WFH Alert,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the website wfhalert.com and related email services.

1. Acceptance

By accessing wfhalert.com, subscribing, or purchasing a plan, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the services.

2. What we do

WFH Alert curates and distributes remote job listings and related resources. We do not employ, vet, or endorse any employer. We do not guarantee hiring outcomes, pay accuracy, or listing availability. You must verify each opportunity.

3. Accounts and eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old or the age required by your local law if higher. Keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.

4. Plans, pricing, and billing

  • We offer free and paid subscriptions. Current prices show at checkout and may change on renewal.

  • Paid plans renew automatically until you cancel. You authorize our payment processor to charge recurring fees and taxes.

  • Cancel anytime before renewal in your account or by emailing [email protected].

  • If we change pricing, the change applies to the next billing cycle and we will notify you in advance.

5. Trials, upgrades, downgrades, refunds

  • Trials run for the stated period and convert to the selected paid plan unless cancelled.

  • Upgrades start immediately and may be prorated. Downgrades apply at the next renewal.

  • Refunds. Monthly fees are nonrefundable once charged. Annual fees are refundable within 14 days of the first charge for that term, unless there is abuse. We may issue goodwill refunds at our discretion.

6. Permitted use

You will use the services for lawful purposes. You will not copy, resell, or redistribute our content without permission. You will not scrape, harvest, or access data in bulk, interfere with the service, bypass security, or use unauthorized bots. You will not use the services for spam, fraud, or illegal content.

7. Intellectual property

Content, trademarks, and technology on the services belong to WFH Alert or its licensors. Except as allowed in these Terms, no rights are granted. You may link to public pages in a fair and non-misleading way.

8. User content and feedback

If you submit content, you grant us a worldwide, nonexclusive, royalty-free license to use and display it to operate and improve the services. If you give feedback, we may use it without restriction and without compensation.

9. Third party services

We integrate with third parties like payment processors and analytics. Their terms and policies govern your use of their services. We are not responsible for third party content or practices.

10. Disclaimers

The services are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. You rely on the content at your own risk.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose or USD 100, whichever is greater.

12. Indemnification

You will defend and indemnify us against claims and expenses arising from your misuse of the services or breach of these Terms.

13. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for breach, legal, or security reasons. You may cancel at any time as described above. Sections that should survive will survive termination.

14. Changes

We may modify the services or these Terms. Material changes will be notified by email or on the site with a new effective date. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the changes.
